They’ve cut the funding for any ads about the ACA by 90% and for Navigators by 40%, and cut the Open Enrollment period to just 6 weeks. And now they are going to take the website Healthcare.gov down for 12 hours each weekend for maintenance. If they can’t repeal and replace it, they’re going to make sure it dies the death of a thousand cuts.
