River Cleanup With Wicked Weed

Come join river cleanup hosts MountainTrue and Wicked Weed, and sponsor HiWire Brewing on Saturday, June 25th, from 1 to 4:30 pm and help clean up the French Broad River. T-shirts will be provided by Recover for all participants!
Park at Carrier Park and walk down the Greenway to the Cascade Lounge. There will be a shuttle to Hominy Creek where you’ll paddle back down to the Cascade. This section of the French Broad is flatwater and suitable for all paddlers. The after-party will celebrate a successful day of cleaning the river at the Cascade Lounge from 4:30 to 6:30 pm. Prizes will be given for the weirdest trash.
