Racial Justice Coalition: First Friday On The Block

The Racial Justice Coalition will participate in the September First Friday on The Block event, September 1st, from 5 to 7 pm. This unique celebration of Black excellence and creativity happens on the first Friday of every month at 39 South Market Street, just south of the corner of Eagle Street, and honors Asheville’s original Black business district by lifting up its important past and its vibrant present.
The RJC will host an informal gathering at PennyCup at the YMI from 5 to 7 pm, in the D Suite space at 39 South Market Street.
