Field Notes From Palestine

August 10 @ 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm

You are invited to join the Racial Justice Coalition for a special community conversation with local Jewish social justice activist Zak Witus, on Wednesday August 10th, from 6 to 7:30 pm, at the West Asheville Park Pavilion, 11 Vermont Ave Ext., in Asheville.

Zak recently returned from a three-month solidarity project in the occupied West Bank. As a participant in Hineinu, a program by the Center for Jewish Nonviolence, Zak and five other Jewish activists engaged in daily human rights defense work in the South Hebron Hills (aka Masafer Yatta) region of the occupied West Bank.

Zak will share stories and photos from his trip, and there will be plenty of time for questions and discussion.
