Join us tonight for our monthly Community Conversations training and support! We’ll help newcomers get set up with the Empower App – a super easy-to-use phone app that helps you have meaningful conversations with people you know to get out the vote. We’ll also share resources, swap success stories, and review this month’s conversation starter for talking with friends and acquaintances about voting.

And since today is St. Patrick’s Day, we will also have a cash bar and some light refreshments to celebrate!

Research shows that person-to-person conversations are the key to getting voters to the polls. And conversations with people we already know and trust have the biggest impact of all.

Community Conversations is the relational voter part of our two-pronged “Let’s All Vote!” 2020 campaign, a companion to our monthly non-partisan Canvasses.

Our open Community Conversations gatherings are held once a month, usually on the third Tuesday evening, in different locations around Buncombe County. We can also bring the training to your group or organization, so if you’re interested please let us know! We hope to spread Community Conversations groups all over Buncombe County.
