“My Right, My Decision!” Phone Blitz March 4th

Call Sen. Thom Tillis on Wednesday, March 4, between 5:30 and 6:30 pm, and stand up for reproductive healthcare rights! On this day the Supreme Court will be hearing oral arguments on an abortion case, and NARAL Pro-Choice NC is holding “My Right, My Decision!” rallies across the state in support of reproductive health rights. Sen. Tillis voted to confirm anti-abortion judge Brett Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court. So in a coordinated action across the state, we urge everyone who supports reproductive rights to call Sen. Tillis’s DC office today at (202) 224-6342.

Suggested message: “I am a constituent, and I support reproductive rights and access to ALL reproductive healthcare. The government has no business interfering in anyone’s personal healthcare decisions – not mine, not yours, not anyone’s. Abortion care is health care. Shame on you for voting to confirm anti-abortion judge Brett Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court.”

We’re calling on March 4th, because this is the day the Supreme Court is hearing a case they shouldn’t have agreed to hear. They just decided a similar case in 2016. The fact that the the newly conservative majority on the Court decided to hear this case is a warning to everyone concerned about reproductive healthcare in the United States.
