CALL YOUR CONGRESSMAN – SUPPORT THE ERA!

House Joint Resolution 79 was expected to be introduced into the House of Representatives, Monday, February 10. This joint resolution eliminates the deadline for the ratification of the Equal Rights Amendment, which prohibits discrimination based on sex. Since the amendment has now been ratified by the legislatures of three-fourths of the states, it will become part of the Constitution if this Joint Resolution becomes law. CALL YOUR CONGRESSMAN and urge him to support the resolution!
